My Story

I'm Phil Jessé, and I've spent the last 10 years obsessed with pull-ups. Think half a million reps, 1,000 pull-up days, and a routine that includes banging out 500 pull-ups in under 90 minutes (sometimes with added weight!). I've even conquered audacious challenges like the 50,000 Pull-Up Challenge and the 100,000 Pull-Up Challenge, pushing my physical and mental limits to inspire others and raise awareness for important causes.

I even have a proven system – the Reps, Sets, Blocks, and Milestones process – that helped me scale my performance to insane levels 📈.

  • 🌱 Foundation Workshop: Learn Phil's signature pull-up technique, emphasising proper form, grip, and breathing for optimal endurance. This workshop is designed for all levels, from those who have never attempted a pull-up to those wanting to refine their form.
  • ⚡️ Advanced Workshop: Take your pull-ups to the next level! This workshop focuses on increasing your reps, building serious endurance, and fine-tuning your technique. To join, you should be able to perform at least 5 strict pull-ups consecutively.
