Meet Phil Jessé (My Story)
I'm Phil Jessé, and I've spent the last 10 years obsessed with pull-ups. Think half a million reps, 1,000 pull-up days, and a routine that includes repping out 500 pull-ups in under 90 minutes (sometimes with added weight!). I've conquered audacious challenges like the 50,000 Pull-Up Challenge and the 100,000 Pull-Up Challenge, pushing my physical and mental limits to inspire others and raise awareness for important causes. I even have a proven system – the Reps, Sets, Blocks, and Milestones process – that helped me scale my performance to insane levels 📈.
Since 2015, I've been sharing my knowledge and passion, helping people of all ages and abilities – from their 20s to their 80s – transform their pull-up game. Now, I'm bringing that expertise to you through the Pull-Up Club.
